Possession of illegal or unauthorized items inside the Expo Center.

Use of profanity or unacceptable language of any type.

Guest Conduct The following behavior or activities are grounds for eviction from the Expo Center: Guests with medical emergencies or other guests who want to leave and then return to the building should be directed to the Guest Services Desk in the Main Street Lobby. Exceptions are only made in the case of medical situations and emergencies. Exit and No Re-Entry Policy Exiting and re-entering the building with the same ticket is not permitted.

Cameras and recording devices are generally not permitted for special events. Cameras with no flash are permitted for certain family events, depending on the show. Cameras Artist request~ Use of video cameras is prohibited within the Expo Center. The Expo Center is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Items turned into Lost and Found can be claimed during regular business hours Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Any items that are not claimed at the end of an event will be turned in at the Guest Services Desk. Lost and Found The Expo Center provides lost and found services for guests in the Business Office located in the Main Street Lobby. Any other item deemed unacceptable by Expo Center management.
